     · Paint Program:  Applications for this program offering financial help for residential property owners are available at City Hall or on the city website.     · Sidewalk Replacement Program:  September 30, 2008, is the deadline for petitions to City Hall for sidewalk work to be considered for 2009.  Please call City Hall or check the city website for petitions and guidelines for this program for which the city of West Peoria provides funding to assist participants.    Building permits from the city are required before a resident can build a fence, a shed, a new porch or a deck or before installing a new driveway.  Most permits cost $25.
