The Absolutely Unique Boutique, a new West Peoria business located at 2319 W. Rohmann Avenue—offers a variety of “lifestyle” apparel including clothing, handbags, scarves, accessories, and more. Owner, Wenyi Franklin, plans to offer “hard to find” items and to introduce a new line of designs that cannot be found at other area shops.
