 The West Peoria News wishes to congratulate the following five West Peoria students who are ranked in Manual High School’s Top Ten. * No. 1 is Elyse Menke, daughter of Michael and Mary Menke. * No. 5 is Brittany Glenow, daughter of Mark and Sarra Sherman. * No. 5 is Jillian Ashley Tockes, daughter of Geri Tockes and Steven Tockes. * No. 8 is Jesse Post, son of Cheryl Post. * No. 9 is Aaron Stephen Broomfield, son of Allen D.
