Grass and Weed Code Reminder
Now that spring is here nature is coming back to life, but with the lovely flowers and blossoms come weeds indigenous to this area. West Peoria residents are asked to be on the lookout in their yards for nuisance weeds such as poison ivy, mock strawberry, thistles, dandelions, pennycress, creeping Charlie, common cockleburs, and pokeweed. Please remember that grass and weeds in excess of 9 inches tall will be in violation of our city code.
