Derek Foote
Derek Foote, who is serving in the Air Force, is currently stationed in Spain with his wife Wendy (formerly Crook, also a West Peoria family) and their 2-year-old daughter Trinity. Derek, a Manual graduate, is the son of Judy Johnston, the grandson of Bertha Dutro, nephew of Sandy and Gary Dutro, and cousin of Jeff Adkins-Dutro, Kim Fisher, Shane Dutro, and Gina Dutro—all of West Peoria.
