The Cub Scouts of Pack 11 are selling popcorn again this year. Sales started on September 2 with delivery to be on November 8. Anyone interested in purchasing wreaths or popcorn should call Bob DeSutter at 674-6668 or contact a scout from Troop 11 or Pack 11.

Cub Scout Pack 11 will start its annual trash bag sale on March 3. Anyone wishing to place an order can contact any scout or Bob DeSutter at 674-6668.
Troop 11 Boy Scouts were recognized with either a Merit Badge and/or a Rank Advancement at their annual Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner during which a Court of Honor was held.
The newest members to be welcomed to the troop are Andrew and Thomas Gestrine.
In time for the 2007 Christmas season, Cub Scout Pack 11 rebuilt the Cub Scout Christmas float. The Christmas float-whose travels through our streets has been a West Peoria tradition for many years-had been destroyed during the snowstorm on December 1, 2006, when the township building collapsed on it.
A big thank-you goes to those who participated in this rebuilding project. The boys who helped were Jim Hoerdeman, Joseph Zikowski, Nate Taylor, Michael Garayalde, Frank Drew, Merritt Stott, Mathew Mooty, Tyler Mayer, Ryan Casey, and Michael Shanahan. They were assisted by adult leaders, Jeff Hoerdeman and Bruce Zilkowski.
